new NSW UPSS Regulations are now in effect
as of June 2008. Geo-Logix has
extensive knowledge of the regulations having
provided expert commentary on the draft
regulations for indusry groups such as the
service station association. There
are a number of requirements that UPSS operators
will need to meet by June 2009 and June
